About the role

You'll lead the front of the house while partnering with the Kitchen Manager to create a restaurant known for exceptional hospitality, chef-inspired food, and an atmosphere that's both relaxed and unforgettable.

• Lead from the floor, engaging with guests and supporting your team every shift.
• Create an environment where guests feel welcomed, valued, and eager to return.
• Coach and develop a hospitality-focused team that delivers friendly and authentic experiences.
• Ensure every plate, every drink, and every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.
• Partner with the Kitchen Manager to deliver a seamless guest experience from first greeting to final thank you.
• Manage daily operations, scheduling, labor, and financial performance while maintaining high standards throughout the restaurant.

Requirements

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a fast-paced, from-scratch restaurant.
• Naturally connects with guests and enjoys being present on the dining room floor.
• Leads with positivity, energy, and accountability.
• Builds teams that genuinely enjoy taking care of people.
• Holds high standards for hospitality, food quality, cleanliness, and attention to detail.
• Stays calm, organized, and solutions-focused during busy service.
• Wants to help launch an exciting new concept and build something special from the very beginning.
