Responsibilities

• Manage the restaurant's back of house and front of house teams
• Support the General Manager in a fast-track capacity
• Ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service
• Oversee kitchen staff and ensure food quality and safety
• Collaborate with the management team to achieve restaurant goals

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age
• 2+ years of current full-service restaurant manager experience
• Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with food service operations
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
