Restaurant Manager

What You'll Do

• Overtake all daily restaurant operations, staff performance, and guest satisfaction
• Manage budgets, inventory control, food costs, and profitability metrics
• Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen and front-of-house team members
• Maintain health code compliance, safety standards, and operational excellence
• Drive revenue through operational efficiency and exceptional guest experiences

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years managing high-volume full-service restaurant operations successfully
• Proven ability to recruit, develop, and motivate diverse teams
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L statements
• Excellent problem-solving skills and composure in high-pressure situations
• Genuine passion for hospitality and commitment to guest satisfaction

Pay

$50,000 - $55,000 annually, plus performance-based bonus opportunities
