What You'll Do
- Oversight of all daily operations and ensuring smooth service flow
- Management of staffing, scheduling, and team training and development
- Control of food costs, inventory, and P&L performance
- Maintenance of health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Championing guest experience and handling customer concerns directly
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years restaurant management or assistant management experience
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team
- Strong knowledge of food safety and health code compliance
- Proficiency with POS systems and scheduling software
- Passion for high-volume service and operational excellence
