Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Support hiring, training, and development of team members
- Maintain a strong presence on the floor during service, leading by example
- Ensure exceptional guest experience and handle guest feedback professionally
- Uphold company standards for service, cleanliness, and food quality
- Assist with scheduling, labor management, and cost controls
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture that aligns with brand values
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of restaurant management or leadership experience preferred
- Strong passion for hospitality and guest experience
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Flexible schedule with availability to work nights, weekends, and weekdays
- Desire to learn, grow, and advance within the company
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $62,000 – $72,000 per year (based on experience)
