Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of restaurant management or leadership experience preferred
  • Strong passion for hospitality and guest experience
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Flexible schedule with availability to work nights, weekends, and weekdays
  • Desire to learn, grow, and advance within the company

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $62,000 – $72,000 per year (based on experience)
