Restaurant Manager

About the role

The Restaurant Manager will assist in overseeing daily operations of the restaurant while helping lead front-of-house service, team development, guest satisfaction, and operational execution.

Responsibilities

• Help oversee day-to-day restaurant operations
• Lead, coach, and motivate front-of-house team members
• Ensure excellent guest service and hospitality standards are maintained at all times
• Aid with staffing, scheduling, labor management, and shift execution
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational standards throughout the property
• Support training and onboarding of new team members
• Work closely with culinary and management teams to ensure smooth service operations
• Aid in handling guest concerns and resolving issues professionally
• Help drive team morale, accountability, and positive culture within the restaurant

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hospitality management experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to remain organized and composed in a high-volume environment
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Passion for hospitality and guest experience
• Team-oriented mindset with strong work ethic

Pay

$62,000 - $73,000 per year

Schedule

Nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
