We are seeking a hands-on, people-first leader with 2+ years of full-service, high-volume restaurant management experience. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, create a fun working atmosphere, build sales and relationships, lead and direct energetic team members, and train, develop, and coach a group of talented people.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration
  • Oversee daily operations, including menu preparation, staffing, and inventory management
  • Manage staff schedules and ensure compliance with labor laws
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction
  • Train, develop, and coach team members to improve their skills and performance
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and food handling standards
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall restaurant operations

Qualifications
