We are seeking a hands-on, people-first leader with 2+ years of full-service, high-volume restaurant management experience. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, create a fun working atmosphere, build sales and relationships, lead and direct energetic team members, and train, develop, and coach a group of talented people.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration
- Oversee daily operations, including menu preparation, staffing, and inventory management
- Manage staff schedules and ensure compliance with labor laws
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction
- Train, develop, and coach team members to improve their skills and performance
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and food handling standards
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall restaurant operations
