About the role
Responsible for overseeing daily operations at a local restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring food quality, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Oversee kitchen and dining staff to ensure efficient service and high-quality food preparation.
- Manage inventory levels and ordering processes to minimize waste and maintain stock.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Develop and implement training programs for staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in restaurant management.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and train staff.
- Strong knowledge of food service operations and health regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Valid food handler’s license.
- Experience with point-of-sale systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
