About the role

Responsible for overseeing daily operations at a local restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring food quality, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee kitchen and dining staff to ensure efficient service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Manage inventory levels and ordering processes to minimize waste and maintain stock.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Develop and implement training programs for staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in restaurant management.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Strong knowledge of food service operations and health regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Valid food handler’s license.
  • Experience with point-of-sale systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
