About the role
The Restaurant Manager at Ramsay’s Kitchen will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that the Ramsay’s Kitchen brand is consistently delivered with high standards of food quality and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for effective execution of the operation, ensuring consistent presentation and guest satisfaction
- Interact with guests and make each visit a memorable one
- Lead, inspire, and motivate the kitchen team to achieve loyalty and retention
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Food Safety standards
- Manage the supply chain and stock control effectively
- Coordinate, control, and manage all resources and commercial activities to deliver the P&L targets
Requirements
- Experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fine dining establishment
- Proven track record in recruiting, developing, motivating, and retaining a high-performing kitchen team
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure clear communication with all stakeholders
- Ability to multitask and manage relationships at all levels
Qualifications
- A keen eye for detail to ensure delivery of the Ramsay’s Kitchen brand standards and the highest levels of food quality
