As a Fricker’s manager you will provide outstanding leadership to the team, inspire and coach staff, create a profitable environment, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities

• Execute Fricker’s unique brand of fun, food, sports, and spirits.
• Drive positive sales growth.
• Maintain a healthy, safe, and secure environment by establishing, following, and enforcing all company, federal, and state food‑safety and sanitation standards and procedures.
• Achieve optimal performance from staff by communicating job expectations, providing training, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and enforcing policies & procedures.
• Control costs by monitoring food and labor efficiencies.
• Accomplish staffing objectives by recruiting, selecting, and training quality individuals.

Requirements

• At least two years of recent restaurant management experience, preferably in a fast‑casual atmosphere.
• Steady, stable employment track record.
• Minimum of two professional references.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive, friendly demeanor and attitude; customer/guest service focused.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb.

• Two years of full‑service restaurant experience.
• ServSafe certification.
