Responsibilities

• Drive high-quality employee standards by maintaining a fully staffed restaurant department, fostering an inclusive environment, developing associates, and holding the team accountable in a constructive and supportive way.
• Implement effective security protocols to ensure the ongoing safety of employees and guests.
• Create memorable guest experiences and authentically connect with guests through community outreach activities and events.
• Manage your department’s P&L, develop initiatives to build sales, increase profitability, grow guest count, and coach and train associates.
• Ensure all menu items are made according to recipe and presentation meets high standards.
• Enforce safety and sanitation practices, maintaining immaculate facilities.
• Live our Principles & Beliefs, fostering a passionate and fun culture within the restaurant.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of previous polished casual or fine dining experience.
• Minimum of 3 years prior salaried management experience preferred.
• Strong and stable work history with wine knowledge preferred.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Basic computer proficiency preferred.

Pay

Compensation range: $58,030 – $90,800, varies by location, with potential for bonus based on eligibility and other business factors.
