About the Role

As a Restaurant Manager at Encore Village, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dining service.

Responsibilities

• Managing a team of servers, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and exceptional food quality
• Developing and implementing menu plans, specials, and promotional activities to drive sales and increase resident satisfaction
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized dining environment that meets the highest standards
