As a member of the restaurant leadership team, you'll help lead daily operations, develop and support our team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, drive sales and uphold the standards that make Edley's, Edley's.

Responsibilities

• Lead Operations: Serve as a member of the restaurant leadership team and help drive successful daily operations.
• Develop People: Coach, train and develop team members while creating opportunities for them to grow in their careers.
• Create Exceptional Guest Experiences: Lead the team in delivering the Southern hospitality Edley's is known for.
• Drive Results: Partner with restaurant leadership to improve operations, grow sales and contribute to the overall success and profitability of the restaurant.
• Own Standards: Maintain high standards for food quality, service, cleanliness and execution.
• Manage the Details: Support scheduling, inventory management, cash handling and other key operational responsibilities.
• Build Culture: Personify our Southern Soul and create an environment where team members and guests feel valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of management experience
• Restaurant or hospitality leadership experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to lead, coach and hold teams accountable
• Passion for developing and mentoring others
• Strong guest-service mindset
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Open availability, including nights and weekends
• Basic financial and operational understanding, including labor, sales and cost controls
• Food Safety and/or Alcohol Service certifications are a plus

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to stand and walk for extended periods, frequently move throughout the restaurant, bend, reach and stoop, and lift/carry up to 50 lbs. The role may include exposure to varying temperatures and requires the ability to safely perform restaurant operational tasks in a fast-paced environment.
