The Restaurant & Operations Manager provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed the guest experience.

• Love working in a fast-paced, multi-faceted Restaurant/Entertainment scene
• Communicate with team members and guests in a way that inspires FUN!
• Enjoy immediate gratification – making someone's experience better or inspiring the team to play at a higher level

• Ability to handle 100K days while walking five miles a shift and working an average of 50‑hour work weeks
• Ability to oversee all aspects of the business – from the most minor details to the big picture
