Responsibilities

• Oversee both front- and back-of-house operations, ensuring guests and team members experience our commitment to hospitality.
• Lead, coach, and develop your team to deliver the guest experience Cracker Barrel is known for.
• Manage inventory and operational details while maintaining a people-first leadership approach.
• Set the example and inspire your team to uphold country hospitality standards.
• Handle busy shifts with composure and encourage your team under pressure.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of successful restaurant management experience.
• Ability to work 50 hours per week (five 10-hour shifts), including holidays and weekends as needed.
• Valid driver’s license.
