About the role

As a Restaurant Associate Manager at Cracker Barrel, you’ll combine your passion for people and restaurant management skills to deliver excellent guest and employee experiences while driving business results. You’ll be responsible for managing all aspects of the store, including front- and back-of-house responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including front-of-house and back-of-house operations
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and food quality
  • Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Oversee inventory management and ensure efficient use of resources
  • Work closely with the home office to address operational needs and challenges
  • Support the store in achieving financial goals and maintaining a positive work environment

Requirements

  • 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience
  • Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts)
  • Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
  • A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Fluent in English

Qualifications

While not specified, candidates should possess strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment is highly desirable.
