Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including front- and back-of-house responsibilities
- Work closely with home office support for 24/7 availability
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional guest and employee experiences
- Drive business results through effective management and leadership
Requirements
- 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience
- Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts)
- Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
- A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
- Valid driver’s license
- Fluent in English

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Passion for people and restaurant management
