Restaurant Manager - 5Church Midtown

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and service-driven Front of House Manager to join our leadership team at one of the city’s most dynamic restaurant groups. This is a unique opportunity to manage day-to-day front-of-house operations across a high-volume, upscale restaurant while delivering elevated guest experiences and mentoring a strong service team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversight of all front-of-house operations during service.
• Ensuring consistent, high-level service across all shifts.
• Coaching and training staff to uphold brand and service standards.
• Managing floor plans, seating, guest flow, and reservation systems (experience with Resy preferred).
• Maintaining a clean, professional, and welcoming environment at all times.
• Handling guest concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
• Supporting the General Manager and working collaboratively with the kitchen and bar teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• 3+ years of FOH management experience in upscale dining.
• Proficient in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and reservation platforms (Resy a plus).
• Flexible schedule with availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays.
