Restaurant Manager - 5Church Midtown
About the role
We are seeking an experienced and service-driven Front of House Manager to join our leadership team at one of the city’s most dynamic restaurant groups. This is a unique opportunity to manage day-to-day front-of-house operations across a high-volume, upscale restaurant while delivering elevated guest experiences and mentoring a strong service team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversight of all front-of-house operations during service.
- Ensuring consistent, high-level service across all shifts.
- Coaching and training staff to uphold brand and service standards.
- Managing floor plans, seating, guest flow, and reservation systems (experience with Resy preferred).
- Maintaining a clean, professional, and welcoming environment at all times.
- Handling guest concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Supporting the General Manager and working collaboratively with the kitchen and bar teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- 3+ years of FOH management experience in upscale dining.
- Proficient in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and reservation platforms (Resy a plus).
- Flexible schedule with availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays.
