Restaurant Management Opportunity

About the role

As a manager, you will oversee Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants, as well as the Heart of House. In partnership with the General Manager, you’ll help ensure that your restaurant excels, focusing on guest-related metrics and guest engagement to create legendary experiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct the work of Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants
• Oversee Heart of House operations
• Partner with the General Manager to maintain high restaurant performance
• Focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement
• Champion change and foster a passion for training and developing your team

Requirements

• Preferably 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, and sanitation
• Understanding of responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems, and computer operations
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others
