About the role

7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Leader (Manager) Trainee to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow, lead, and make a meaningful impact in your store and community.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees.
  • Maintain high retention by focusing on identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity.
  • Oversee the restaurant condition and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as Health Department Standards.
  • Oversee and implement all merchandising and marketing programs.
  • Demonstrate ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change.
  • Show excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills.
  • Show proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft products preferred).

Requirements

  • A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required for candidates with at least one year of restaurant management experience.
  • The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
