Responsibilities
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees.
- Maintain high retention by focusing on identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity.
- Oversee the restaurant condition and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as Health Department Standards.
- Oversee and implement all merchandising and marketing programs.
- Demonstrate ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change.
- Show excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills.
- Show proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft products preferred).
Requirements
- A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required for candidates with at least one year of restaurant management experience.
- The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
