Restaurant Hourly Shift Leader

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and working in a fast-paced environment. You will also be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees as well as onboarding and hiring new team members.

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age
• 1+ year full service restaurant leadership experience
• Reliable transportation required
• An ability to lead and supervise peers
• A high school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
• A passion for the business and compassion for people
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays
• Must be able to obtain CO alcohol service permit
• ServSafe Certified preferred
