Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Manage inventory and staff schedules to optimize efficiency and productivity
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
• Collaborate with other managers to maintain high standards across the restaurant
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Contribute to the overall success of the restaurant through strategic planning and execution

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role
• Proven ability to manage teams and lead change
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant setting
• Knowledge of food service operations and industry trends
