About the role

We're seeking an enthusiastic, engaging leader to join LV Petroleum as the Restaurant General Manager for Miss J's Cafe at TA Express. The successful candidate will shape the success of Miss J's Cafe by overseeing daily operations, fostering a vibrant and motivated team, and managing financial performance.

• Maintain high standards in food quality, safety, and cleanliness, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Manage budgets, track expenses, and maximize profits, analyzing financial reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with culinary staff to enhance menu offerings and introduce seasonal items.
• Implement strategies to attract new customers and engage with the local community through exciting events and promotions.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of management experience in a fast-paced restaurant or cafe environment.
• Leadership Skills: Proven track record of successfully leading and developing a diverse team.
• Customer Focus: Strong commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences and handling customer feedback positively.
• Financial Acumen: Good understanding of restaurant financials, budgeting, and cost control measures.
