Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure a high-quality dining experience
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase patronage
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and ensure product quality
- Monitor inventory and control costs to optimize profitability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively
- Generate reports on sales, finances, and staff performance
Requirements
- Associate degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 3+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in fine dining
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in restaurant management software
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of food and beverage trends and best practices
Pay
A competitive salary range of $110,000 - $125,000 annually
