About the role

The Restaurant General Manager leads the Front of House and Food & Beverage operations across multiple restaurant outlets, ensuring daily execution aligns with Yellowstone Club standards and exceeds Member expectations. This role involves implementing and enforcing standard operating procedures while supporting strategic growth initiatives for the Food & Beverage Department.

Responsibilities

• Provide maximum customer service and satisfaction by leading Front of House staff to deliver quality food and high service standards.
• Manage and oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including monitoring, analyzing, and controlling sales and offerings.
• Execute strategic objectives for the Food & Beverage Department as directed by the Food & Beverage Assistant Director and Executive management team.
• Support the development of goals and objectives for future expansion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Restaurant Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of floor service experience, with comprehensive knowledge of world-class hospitality and service management in Food & Beverage operations, luxury/private resort clubs, or hotel hospitality.
• Three or more years of staff management experience or equivalent.
• Strong communication and correspondence skills, with the ability to maintain positive and collaborative working relationships with management, staff, Members, and vendors.
• Attention to detail in administrative tasks.
