About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and handling check-in/check-out procedures.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily front desk operations including check-in and check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Ensure accurate billing and reconciliation of accounts
- Oversee housekeeping and maintenance requests
- Collaborate with other departments to provide seamless service
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel front desk operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Qualifications
