About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and handling check-in/check-out procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily front desk operations including check-in and check-out processes
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
  • Ensure accurate billing and reconciliation of accounts
  • Oversee housekeeping and maintenance requests
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide seamless service

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel front desk operations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Qualifications
