About the Role
A successful Restaurant General Manager will have 5+ years of experience managing high-volume restaurants (200–300 covers) in an upscale, food-focused environment. You’ll engage the local community to source high-quality products, create unforgettable experiences for guests and team members, and champion staff development while maintaining operational excellence. As an ambassador for Indigo Road, you’ll oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including operations, finances, culture, and events.
Responsibilities
- Lead with passion for restaurant, F&B, and hospitality, including participation in volunteer and charity initiatives.
- Foster staff development and maintain a positive team culture while meeting P&L goals.
- Engage with local vendors, farms, and businesses to source quality products and mentor junior team members.
- Actively support community volunteer efforts and charitable initiatives.
- Oversee all restaurant operations, resolving challenges through effective communication with team members and the community.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing high-volume, upscale, food-focused restaurants.
- Proven track record of delivering top-notch dining experiences.
