Restaurant General Manager

The Role

A successful Restaurant General Manager with 5+ years of experience managing high-volume restaurants (200 - 300 covers) in an upscale food-focused environment. Passionate about food and committed to engaging the local community to procure the highest quality product for unforgettable experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Lead with Passion: Bring your unwavering passion for restaurant, F&B, and hospitality to the forefront. Participate in volunteer and charity initiatives to contribute to the betterment of the community.
• Nurture Your Team: Foster staff development and create a positive atmosphere that motivates our team and ensures meeting P&L goals.
• Engage with Local Vendors: Source quality products, educate junior team members, and advocate for their growth and development.
• Community Impact: Actively participate in and support community volunteer efforts and charitable initiatives.
• Be the Solution: Oversee all facets of the restaurant, resolving challenges through effective communication with team members and the community.
