About the role
As one of our restaurant leaders, you will oversee front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations to ensure guest service and food quality standards are upheld at all times. You will manage all restaurant managers, kitchen and service teams, and hold P&L and operating partner leadership responsibilities. In this senior leadership role, you will function as the full operations manager and managing partner.
Responsibilities

- Manage restaurant managers, kitchen, and service teams
- Assume P&L and operating partner leadership responsibilities
- Minimize operating costs and boost employee retention
- Deliver a positive dining experience for guests
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry (preferred)
- Familiarity with restaurant management software, such as Aloha or Toast
- Strong math and reporting skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and team management abilities
- Availability to work within opening hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma; additional certification in hospitality is a plus

Pay
$70,000 to $75,000 per year, based on experience.
