Restaurant General Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated manager to join our dynamic team at Plucked Chicken & Beer. Located in San Ramon, CA, this position offers a competitive salary range of $55,000.00 - $65,000.00.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all areas of the restaurant including the overall P&L success.
• Initial and continual training of staff members to Plucked Standards.
• Opening and closing restaurant shifts throughout the year including holidays as necessary.
• Managing team members for your scheduled shifts including documenting employee issues, disciplining employees, shift highlights, cash balancing, identifying problems.
• Creating timely and accurate sales and labor forecasts for the restaurant.
• Implementing and maintaining proper food/beverage handling processes in relationship to the health and safety of employees and customers.
• Following all systems and checklists in place to ensure proper food safety and quality.
• Developing yourself and team members to Plucked standards of service, food quality, and sanitation.
