About the role
Lead a high-volume, full-service restaurant by directing all aspects of its operations. You will own the P&L, build and mentor a strong team, and shape a culture of operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage P&L, budgets, and cost controls
- Lead, hire, and develop the restaurant team
- Drive guest satisfaction and service standards
- Oversee inventory, supply, and vendor management
- Achieve revenue growth and operational excellence
Requirements
- Proven general manager or multi-unit restaurant experience
- Strong P&L management and cost control skills
- Demonstrated commitment to guest service excellence
- Ability to lead, hire, and develop teams
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
