Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and guest experience standards.
• Manage P&L, food costs, labor scheduling, and inventory.
• Hire, train, mentor, and develop restaurant team.
• Maintain food safety compliance and quality standards.
• Drive revenue growth and operational efficiency daily.

Requirements

• 3+ years as a restaurant general manager.
• Proven success in high-volume, full-service environments.
• Strong P&L management and cost-control experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
