Restaurant General Manager
Requirements
The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring it meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. This is a significant role that involves setting goals, leading a team of Department Managers, and hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers.
- Previous General Manager experience running high volume locations is preferred, or experience in hospitality or retail.
- A background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired.
- Must be 18 years or older to manage in corporate-owned restaurants.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $25,000 - $35,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
