What You'll Do
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team.
- Lead daily restaurant operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Coach and inspire Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Members.
- Drive sales, profitability, labor, food cost, and inventory performance.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, food safety, and company policies.
- Manage scheduling, payroll, staffing, and administrative responsibilities.
- Execute local marketing initiatives and community engagement.
- Review financial results and develop action plans to improve performance.
- Build a positive, inclusive culture where people love to work.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of restaurant management experience
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Strong business acumen, including budgeting, scheduling, labor, and P&L management
- Current ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain)
- Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high sense of urgency
