Requirements
- 3–5 years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred)
- Strong business acumen (labor, inventory, P&L)
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams
- High energy, urgency, and accountability
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- On your feet for extended periods
- Working in a high-energy, high-heat environment
- Lifting up to 50 lbs
- Leading from the front, not behind a desk
