Pure Grit, a new vegan BBQ fast casual restaurant, is looking for a General Manager to open and manage its first restaurant in New York City.

Responsibilities

  • Active participation in the front of the house, with guests, and in the kitchen working alongside your team every day.
  • Developing and leading dynamic and diverse teams.
  • Driven by clear expectations, and following established people, sales and profit processes, with the support and guidance from an engaged founder and operations team.
  • Motivating teams by driving sales through creative merchandising tactics and involving them in inspirational campaigns.
  • Utilizing and analyzing metrics, trends, and numbers to make decisions to drive your business.
  • Enjoy working in a supportive and collaborative environment that values and solicits open and honest top to bottom communication.
