Job Summary
As a Restaurant General Manager, you will oversee three key areas: employees (day-to-day operations, nurturing and retaining the team, building a culture of excellent customer service), customers (delivering great food with a smile, served quickly in a clean restaurant), and restaurants (maintaining high standards for cleanliness, equipment, and overall operations).
Role Expectations

Requirements
- Effective communication skills
- Must be at least 18 years old with valid U.S. ID
- Willing to undergo a criminal background check and be able to work with minors
- Must be flexible with work hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs
- Ability to stand for lengthy periods and lift up to twenty-five pounds
- Reliable transportation to and from work
