Restaurant full service Assistant Manager

This is a full-time on-site role located in Santa Barbara, CA.

The Assistant Manager will support restaurant operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, coordinating with the kitchen and front-of-house teams, handling inventory, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. The role also involves training and developing team members, addressing customer concerns, and driving overall restaurant performance and guest satisfaction.

• Knowledge of hospitality management and basic accounting
• Experience in training and developing team members
• Proven ability to address customer concerns effectively and professionally
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or related field is a plus

Pay

$60,000 - $70,000 / year
