Front Of House Cashier – walk in/drive-thru

• Walk in/drive-thru service
• Handle cash transactions
• Process payments
• Ensure smooth customer flow

Counter Server – expo, curbside, and guest services

• Assist guests with their orders
• Manage seating arrangements
• Handle payment and ticketing
• Ensure prompt service

Pits – prepare and smoke meats

• Prepare and smoke meats
• Monitor cooking temperatures
• Ensure quality and consistency
• Collaborate with other team members
• Adhere to safety protocols

Boards – line cook, meat cutter

• Prepare and cut meats
• Handle side dishes and desserts
• Ensure food quality and presentation
• Support kitchen operations
• Follow recipes and procedures

Prep – prepare sides and desserts from scratch

• Prepare sides and desserts

Dishwasher – dishwasher, utility

• Clean and sanitize dishes and utensils
• Wash and dry dishes
• Organize dish storage
• Perform general kitchen cleaning tasks
• Follow safety protocols

Qualifications

To Promote Good Teamwork, Daily Tasks Include:

• Arrive on time for each shift and practice proper time reporting (punch in and out accurately)
• Complete hot food prep assignments by following recipes accurately, neatly, and according to sanitation guidelines
• Work in collaboration to prepare take out and catering orders in a timely fashion
• Follow station checklists and cleaning lists consistently and thoroughly
• Provide a positive attitude when interacting with teammates and guests
