Responsibilities
- Accountability for sales and profitability of assigned franchise locations
- Interpreting information from reporting systems and utilizing the data to coach operational standards
- Utilizing reporting systems to determine trends in sales and cost of goods and coaching on their use
- Ensuring compliance of franchise location adherence to all company standards
- Analyze district results and present results and action plans to leadership
- Travel as necessary to support, train and enforce standards and compliance
- Build sales for assigned stores - increasing existing customer frequency and engaging new customers
- Maintain budget controls on all operations activities tied to district
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required, college degree desired
- 3+ years multi-unit restaurant management experience is required
- Experience supporting multiple Franchisees (10+ locations) required
- Experience breaking down a P&L to manageable tactics and action steps
- Restaurant marketing experience a plus
