Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, and food safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen.
- Assist with food prep, stocking, and inventory management.
- Serve as a server by delivering food and assisting guests as needed.
- Support bartending duties, including preparing beverages and maintaining the bar area when required.
- Help with opening, closing, and general restaurant duties.
- Follow all company policies, health regulations, and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous cooking experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and customer service skills.
- Flexible to assist in kitchen, dining room, and bar operations as needed.
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
