Restaurant District Manager
About the role
We are seeking a District Manager to lead our team in your assigned area. This role involves working closely with restaurant leaders, supporting their goals, and fostering a positive team culture.
Responsibilities
- Spend 2-3 days at a time in a restaurant to provide direction and feedback to the leadership team.
- Support all assigned restaurant leaders in achieving sales, labor, and food cost targets.
- Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team.
- Build a bench of future leaders through mentorship and staff management.
- Work with Talent Mentors to ensure proper staffing levels for all assigned restaurants.
- Be good to others and be good to yourself.
Requirements
Qualifications include:
- 2-5 years of multi-unit leadership experience.
- Strong leadership skills and experience in mentoring a team.
- A proven track record of developing people and growing sales as a multi-unit leader.
- An enthusiastic, positive, and driven attitude.
- The ability to adapt to new processes and systems in a fast-paced environment.
