Restaurant Delivery Driver

About the role

Potbelly Sandwich Shop is seeking Delivery Drivers to join our team. This part-time, non-exempt role involves delivering our high-quality Potbelly products quickly, safely, and with exceptional customer service. In addition to delivery duties, drivers may assist with other associate tasks within the shop.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Potbelly’s Behaviors and Values
• Provide quick and friendly delivery service and set-up
• Effectively handle customer complaints/issues
• Perform other associate duties as outlined in the Potbelly Associate job description

Requirements

• Represent The Potbelly Advantage and Our Values
• Excellent customer service skills
• A valid driver's license
• A driving record in good standing
• Proof of insurance covering at least $50,000 per person and $100,000 per accident
• Ability to drive a vehicle
• At least 18 years of age
• Experience in food delivery, a plus
