About the role

Potbelly Sandwich Shops is seeking Delivery Drivers to join their team. Founded in 1977, Potbelly now operates more than 400 shops across the United States, known for their delicious food and positive atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Potbelly’s Behaviors and Values through all interactions.
• Provide quick and friendly delivery service and set-up.
• Effectively handle customer complaints/issues.
• Perform other Associate duties as assigned, such as:
• Preparing quality finished products at various stations.
• Complying with health and food safety standards.
• Restocking items.
• Cleaning.
• Operating the cash register.
• Providing great customer service.
• Following Potbelly policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Represent The Potbelly Advantage and Our Values.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• A valid driver's license.
• A driving record in good standing.
• Proof of insurance limits for property damage and bodily injury ($50,000 per person and $100,000 per accident).
• At least 18 years of age.
• Experience in food delivery is a plus.
