Jason’s Deli is a family-owned business founded in 1976. We aim to provide a great place to work and a great dining experience for our customers. Our restaurant customer service team members play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize work tasks and anticipate customers' needs
- Cook and prepare food items according to recipes and standards
- Coordinate with co-workers to manage multiple takeout and delivery orders
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the deli and dining room while adhering to sanitation guidelines
- Handle cash transactions and tip pooling
- Work in a fast-paced environment with temperature fluctuations
Requirements
- Self-motivated with a drive for growth
- Results-oriented and committed to providing excellent customer service
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time, bend over, reach, twist, turn, and climb up on ladders
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and handling practices
