Restaurant Crewmember - Morning Shift

About the role

We are hiring immediate Restaurant Crewmembers to work all shifts at Raising Cane’s, including opening and closing shifts. This is an entry-level position suitable for those without prior restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds
• Kneel, bend, twist or stoop
• Ascend or descend stairs
• Reach and grasp objects (including above head and below waistline)
• Clean tables, floors and other areas of the Restaurant
• Take orders from Customers and process payments efficiently
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food
• Show up to scheduled shifts on time
• Work together as a team, assisting other Crewmembers in completing tasks and assignments to ensure continuity of service
• Work under pressure and at a fast pace
• Align with Raising Cane’s culture by balancing Working Hard and Having Fun
• Take initiative
• Comply with Company policies

Pay

Starting pay is $12.00 per hour, with potential for additional pay increases through training, certifications, and performance evaluations within the first year of employment.

Schedule

Flexible scheduling is offered, with options for early closures for company events and casual work attire.
