Restaurant Crewmember - Dinner/Close Shift

Pay

Starting hiring pay: $12.00 per hour. Within the first year, crew members can earn up to an additional $1.50 per hour through training, certifications, and performance evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 50 lb; kneel, bend, twist, stoop, ascend/descend stairs; reach and grasp objects above head and below waistline.
• Clean tables, floors, and other restaurant areas.
• Take orders from customers and process payments efficiently.
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food.
• Multitask in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining excellent verbal and written communication.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Provide quick and friendly service to all customers.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure continuity of service.
• Perform well under pressure and at a fast pace.
