Pay

Initial starting pay: $14.00 per hour. Within your first year, you can earn up to an additional $1.50 per hour through training, certifications, and performance evaluations. Additional $1 per hour after 10 pm (must satisfy hours requirement per year; locations may vary).

About the role

Raising Cane’s is hiring immediately for Restaurant Crewmembers to work all shifts — opening, closing, and everything in between. This is an entry-level position (no experience required) with paid training for every new crewmember. Crewmembers wear many hats while working hard and having fun as a critical part of the restaurant team. Whether your background is in customer service, retail, cashiering, serving, kitchen, prep, drive-thru, or any other service-oriented role, there’s a place for you. Responsibilities

• Lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds
• Kneel, bend, twist, or stoop
• Ascend or descend stairs
• Reach and grasp objects (including above head and below waistline)
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Show up to scheduled shifts on time
• Clean tables, floors, and other areas of the restaurant
• Take orders from customers and process payments efficiently
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food
• Ability to multitask

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
