Restaurant Crew Member

Responsibilities

• Food Prep: learn to prepare all of our menu items while following our quality and safety standards
• Ordering & transactions: assist customers in understanding menu options and ingredients. Accurately enter orders, process online orders, handle credit card transactions, and provide correct change
• Health & Safety: become familiar with health & safety protocols and do your part to make sure we are 100% compliant
• Customer service: maintain a safe, clean, welcoming environment for all customers, using professional manners and problem-solving to ensure customer satisfaction
• Support the general manager and shift lead(s) with tasks as assigned, including inventory, cleaning, organizing, etc.

Requirements

• Must be able to spend an entire shift on their feet and lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be at least 15 1/2 years old, and 18 to work at the grill

Qualifications

Farm hands must be able to spend an entire shift on their feet and lift up to 50 pounds.
